Meeting called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Supervisor Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Matthew Gary, Lynn Mitchell, Mary Jo Samotis, and Yvette Ramsdell

MEETING AGENDA: A motion was made by Lynn Mitchell to approve the meeting agenda including the special meeting minutes from September 20, 2010as stated, seconded by Jan Baldwin. All in favor. Motion carried. 

PUBLIC COMMENT:

CONSENT AGENDA- A motion was made by Kevin Beliveau to approve the consent agenda  moving  correspondence under New Business letter C, seconded by Jan Baldwin. Roll call, All in favor. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS:
A. Update on surveillance equipment for Children’s Park

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discuss Metro Act application from Merit Network- Motion by Jan Baldwin to approve permit application, seconded by Alanda Barnes. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Discuss FEMA flood Insurance
C. Discussion regarding Main Pier Marina Property offer from Albert Grasser

* Alanda asked if we were going to discuss McQuaig Park

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
* Van Sheltron spoke about his interest running for State Representative and asked for support at polls.
* Resident made a complaint to the board that he was having problems with his neighbors.
* Jim Baier spoke about the Oscoda Community Center Expo October 15, 2010.

Motion by Alanda Barnes to adjourn, seconded by Mary Jo Samotis. All in favor. Motion carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
