Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Supervisor Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Matthew Gary, Lynn Mitchell, Mary Jo Samotis, and Yvette Ramsdell   

ABSENT: 
None

Superintendent, Mark Ritter

MEETING AGENDA: A motion was made by Yvette Ramsdell  to approve the meeting agenda as stated, seconded by Jan Baldwin. All in favor. Motion carried. 

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* None

Budget study session including wage and salary discussion

Set date for budget public hearing and possible adoption if it’s determined no further study sessions are in order.

Motion by Mary Jo Samotis to approve 2010 Tax Rate Request for L-4029 for the General Fund Millage at the rate of 4.588, seconded by Jan Baldwin.

Motion by Matthew Gary to approve 2010 Tax Rate Request for L-4029 for the Fire Millage at the rate of 1.2000, seconded by Yvette Ramsdell.

Motion by Mary Jo Samotis to approve 2010 Tax Rate Request for L-4029 for the Senior Citizen Millage at the rate of 0.0981, seconded by Yvette Ramsdell.
