Meeting called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Supervisor Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Lynn Mitchell, Mary Jo Samotis, and Yvette Ramsdell

MEETING AGENDA: A motion was made by Alanda Barnes to approve the meeting agenda as stated, seconded by Jan Baldwin. All in favor. Motion carried. 

PUBLIC COMMENT:

CONSENT AGENDA- A motion was made by Jan Baldwin to approve the consent agenda as presented, seconded by Yvette Ramsdell. All in favor. Motion carried.

B. Clerk- Revenue/Expense and Balance Sheet Reports, also 2 cycles of bills attached.

OLD BUSINESS:
A. None

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Discussion and consider acceptance of the resignation of Trustee Paul Mayville, effective June 8, 2010 and consider alternatives for filling his vacancy- Motion by Samotis to accept resignation, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried. Motion by Beliveau to appoint Matt Gary to fill the remaining term for the trustee vacancy effective June 9, 2010,  seconded by Samotis. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Discuss 2012-2014 Small Urban Road Program- Informational Only 
C. Consider BC/BS August 10 (anniversary date) health insurance proposal- Bring back to next meeting.
D. Discuss fencing DPW garage yard- discussion only.
Discuss need for two portable generators for emergency back-ups for sewer lift stations- discussion only.
