Meeting called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Supervisor Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Lynn Mitchell, Yvette Ramsdell and Mary Jo Samotis

MEETING AGENDA: A motion was made by Jan Baldwin to approve the meeting agenda as stated; the motion was seconded by Alanda Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried. 

PUBLIC COMMENT:

CONSENT AGENDA- A motion was made by Alanda Barnes to approve the consent agenda as presented, and  seconded by Yvette Ramsdell. All in favor. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS:
A. Discussion and possible action on special millage issues.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Gather RSVPs for the April 15 Sunrise Coast get together and Township Association meeting.
B. Consider re-appointments of township commission/board members- Motion by Mary Jo Samotis to approve the reappointment by Kevin Beliveau of Kurt Beck as commissioner to the Planning Commission effective 5/01/2010 for a three year term expiring 05/01/2013, seconded by Jan Baldwin. All in favor. Motion carried. Motion by Jan Baldwin to approve reappointment by Kevin Beliveau of Burt Poland as Chairperson of the Planning Commission effective 05/01/2010 for a three year term expiring 05/01/2013, seconded by Yvette Ramsdell. All in favor. Motion carried. Motion by Kevin Beliveau to re-appoint Jan Baldwin as the elected official liaison to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a three year term effective 5/01/2010 expiring on 05/01/2013. All in favor. Motion carried.

      B.  Continued- Motion by Kevin Beliveau to re-appoint Henry Altman to the Zoning Board of Appeals for a three year term effective 05/01/2010 expiring 05/01/2013, seconded by  Mary Jo Samotis. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Introduction of draft amended township fees schedule.
