Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Clerk Lynn Mitchell, Motion made by Alanda Barnes to allow Treasurer, Mary Jo Samotis to act as Supervisor Pro-Tem for tonight meeting, seconded by Paul Mayville.  All in favor.

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Yvette Ramsdell, Mary Jo Samotis and 

ABSENT:

MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Baldwin to approve the meeting agenda as stated, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried. 

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* Question to Mark if he felt that the street lighting count was accurate. He stated that he was.

CONSENT AGENDA- Motion by Mitchell to approve the consent agenda as presented, seconded by Baldwin. All in favor. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS:
A. Update on Streetlight count and discussion bring back in March.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider advertisement contribution for Iosco County Firefighters Association- Motion by Baldwin to approve the $145.00 advertisement for the firefighters association, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Consider Glo-Works for 4th of July exclusive sales permit- discussion only
C. Consider resolution number 2010-2 dedication Shoreline Park walkway in memory of Della and Chuck Schweickert, Motion by Mitchell to approve Resolution 2010-2 and to allow Cal Taylor to use his own digression on what type of acknowledgement will be used, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.
