MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Barnes to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Mitchell. All in favor. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT:

CONSENT AGENDA- Motion by Baldwin to approve the consent agenda as stated, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.
PRESENTATIONS:
A. Treasurer- Pure Michigan Update
B. Clerk- Accounts Payable approved in consent agenda.
C. Superintendent- Street light updates
7:13 p.m. Motion by Samotis to recess the regular meeting, seconded by Baldwin. All
in favor. Motion carried.
PUBLIC HEARING: 2010 BUDGET AND GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT-
Discussion- No change elected officials salary.
7:18 p.m. Motion by Baldwin to reconvene to open session, seconded by Samotis. All in favor. Motion carried.
Motion by Baldwin to approve 2010 Budget and General Appropriations Act as stated, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.
Motion by Samotis to approve resolution 2009-11 to set Supervisor’s 2010 salary, at $ 6, 000.00, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.

PUBLIC HEARING: 2010 BUDGET AND GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT
CONTINUED:
Motion by Ramsdell to approve resolution 2009-12 to set Clerk’s 2010 salary, at
$ 24,509.99, seconded by Baldwin. All in favor. Motion carried.
Motion by Baldwin to approve resolution 2009-13 to set Treasurer’s 2010 salary, at $21,313.06, seconded by Ramsdell. All in favor. Motion carried.
Motion by Barnes to approve resolution 2009-14 to set Trustee’s 2010 salary, at $ 75.00 per meeting, seconded by Mayville. All in favor. Motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Formerly declare Planning Commissioner Patrick Garrison removed from Planning
Commission- recommendation from Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau is to accept the
Referred resignation from Patrick Garrison. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
A. None

• Did the township purchase building? Yes we did on Lamrock Way in the Industrial Park; we closd on it Décmber 04, 2009.
