Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Alanda Barnes, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Yvette Ramsdell, Mary Jo Samotis, Kevin Beliveau and Jan Baldwin.

MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Baldwin to approve meeting agenda, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried. 

PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS:

CONSENT AGENDA- Motion by Mitchell to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Ramsdell. All in favor. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS:
A. Discuss interest in Riverview Marina boat slips- discussion ensued. Motion by Barnes to send a letter stating the AuSable Township is not interested in the River View boat slips to the state before December 01, 2009, seconded by Mitchell. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Consider purchase of DPW truck- Motion by Baldwin to approve purchase of new DPW Truck $21,792.53 plus any other licensing fee’s to change over truck plate, with funds to come from water and sewer, seconded by Mitchell. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Consider purchase of DPW garage- Discussion only

A. Consider 2009 budget resolution-Motion by Samotis to approve 2009-10 as states to amend 2009 General Fund Budget, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS:
None

PUBLIC COMMENTS;
A. Supervisor Beliveau was asked what properties the township were looking at for possible new DPW garage.

Motion by Barnes to adjourn, seconded by Ramsdell. All in favor! Motion carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
