Meeting called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Alanda Barnes, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Yvette Ramsdell, Mary Jo Samotis, Kevin Beliveau and Jan Baldwin.

ABSENT:

PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS:
* Mr. Baier asked if anyone from the board had any questions regarding McQuiag Park.
* Map provided by Mr. Baier of the proposed golf course St. Andrews Replica at Lakewood Shores

MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Baldwin to approve meeting agenda, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried. 

CONSENT AGENDA- Motion by Mitchell to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.

PRESENTATIONS:
A. Treasurer- Thank-you to Jan Baldwin and Debbie and Jessica for filling in while we have been short staffed.
B. Clerk- Accounts Payable, Balance Sheet, Revenue and Expense Report
C. Superintendent- I have collected around 40 applications for the job opening and we are moving right along. 

OLD BUSINESS:
A. Consider approval of Oscoda Area First Responders joint agreement. Motion by Mayville to approve the professional service agreement with the first responders for 25% of $8,000.00, jointly with Oscoda as previously agreed to for the year 2010, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call all in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider MDOT Performance Resolution required for Placement of Way finding signs. Motion by Samotis to approve Resolution 2009-8 for Governmental agencies, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED:
B. Consider resolution of support for Lakewood Shores Resort golf course concept. Motion by Mayville to approve Resolution 2009-9 to support the efforts by Lakewood Shores Resort to develop a St. Andrews replica golf course within the Charter Township of Oscoda, Iosco County, Michigan, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Consider Michigan Department of Treasury property transfer. These are docks. Discussion only.

PUBLIC HEARING:
    A. None

BOARD COMMENTS:
* A board member recently went into an Oscoda area business and stated she was never greeted by anyone from the store. This is a very poor way to do business. 
* Cal stated that new installs a running great minimal loss.

PUBLIC COMMENTS;
A. The old dollar store is looking really good. A lot of hard work is being done.
