Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Baldwin to approve meeting agenda, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried. 

CONSENT AGENDA- Motion by Barnes to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Ramsdell. All in favor. Motion carried.

    A. Truth in Taxation- Motion by Mitchell to close regular meeting at 7:05p.m and open public hearing, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED:
    B. At 7:11 p.m. Motion by Samotis to adjourn public hearing, seconded by Baldwin. All in favor. Motion carried.

REGULAR MEETING:
A. Motion by Barnes to open the regular meeting, seconded by Samotis. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Motion by Samotis to approve General Operating Millage at the rate 4.50 mils, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Motion by Barnes to approve rate for Fire Millage to 1.200 mils expiring in 2010, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
D. Motion by Mayville to approve rate of senior center Millage to 0.0981 expiring in 2010, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

A. None

PUBLIC COMMENTS;
A. Has someone bought the dollar store? Supervisor replied that no deed has come to the Township.
B. DPW is doing a great job.
