Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Alanda Barnes, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Yvette Ramsdell, Mary Jo Samotis and Kevin Beliveau

MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Barnes to approve meeting agenda, seconded by Mitchell. All in favor. Motion carried. 

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Barnes to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 09/09/09-09/21/09 and regular minutes dated September 08, 2009, seconded by Mitchell. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

PRESENTATIONS:
A. Treasurer- Nothing
B. Clerk –Accounts Payable, Trial Balance, Revenue/Expenditure Reports. We have an opening for October 14, 2009 MTA Regional District Meeting in Frankenmuth, if anyone is interested in attending please see Lynn.
C. Superintendent, Mark Ritter
* Written report
* FYI- Dock will be installed at Children’s Park tomorrow.
* FYI- There is few trees’ that will be removed around Children’s park.
* I am working on the draft budget for General, Industrial and Fire funds

PUBLIC HEARING:
        A. None

OLD BUSINESS:
A. Consider Post-Audit payment policy- Motion by Mayville to approve Resolution 2009-6 with the final paragraph to read any 2 of the three Superintendent, Clerk or Treasurer, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

A. Presentation by Peggy Ridgeway.
B. Consider budget resolution due to Wayfinding project costs- Motion by Ramsdell to approve Resolution 2009-7, seconded by Samotis. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* Thanks to the Board for supporting the phragmites removal plan.

Motion by Samotis to adjourn, seconded by Ramsdell. All in favor! Motion carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
