Meeting called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Baldwin to approve meeting agenda as presented, seconded by Barnes. All in favor

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Barnes to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 07/21/09-08/03/09 and regular minutes dated July 20, 2009, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Gene Kerban to present information on annual fishing tournament- Motion by Beliveau to approve Lake Huron Sportfishing Tournament to be held August 14-16, 2009 providing that permit is complete, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Discussion/ head count on upcoming Pure Michigan meeting- Yvette, Kevin, Mark, MaryJo, Jan and Paul  if he so chooses to attend

* In the list of bills for approval what are the 2 Bodrie invoices for? New water service.
* Is there any update on the Dollar Store? Not at this time
* Where is the township on in the meter replacement project? Superintendent Ritter stated that is going really well and should be done by the end of the month.
* Where do the definitions fall in the approval of ordinance 88? At the beginning of the process.
* What is a PUD? Planned Unit Development
