CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 07/07/09-07/20/09 and regular minutes dated July 06, 2009, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

* Written report
* I was just informed that the Dollar Store is going to be auctioned tomorrow 7/21/09 for back-taxes tax owing $11,600.00.

OLD BUSINESS:
A. None

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider renewal of IT Right computer support service contract renewal, Motion by Mitchell to approve I.T. Right Contract for 1 year at $2,500.00 effective July 20, 2009. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Consider support of Travel Michigan advertising campaign, Motion by Baldwin to approve up to $1,000.00 for 2010 Pure Michigan Campaign, seconded by Mitchell. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Consider support for the Iosco County Firefighters Association, Motion by Mitchell to approve advertisement for ¼ page at $125.00, seconded by Barnes, Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

* Paul Mayville is taking vacation and will not be at next meeting August 03, 2009.
* New reporter representing the Oscoda Press welcome Manuela Kress


PUBLIC COMMENT:
* Gene Kirvan representing Lake Huron Sportfishing Association spoke to the board regarding the up coming fishing tournament and the permit process.

Motion by Mitchell to adjourn, seconded by Baldwin. All in favor! Motion carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:56 p.m.
