MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Baldwin to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Samotis to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 06/02/09-06/15/09 and regular minutes dated June 01, 2009, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

* United Water has invited members of the board  to participate in golf outing
* Steve Dybal called to remind us that he needs a decision if we are going to keep same blue cross plan. Current plan 1.8% increase about $100.00 per month increase.

     A. Update on BS&A tax and assessing informational opportunity for web site

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Presentation by Sylvia Harmon on placement of a interpretive panel for Finishline Park, Motion by Baldwin to have Cal Taylor make a standard for signage at Finishline Park and funds to come from Parks & Recreation, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Discuss improvements to the township boat launch site
C. Revisit need for porta-john at the handicap fishing site 
D. Discuss Personnel Committee’s proposed evaluation outline Mayville made motion change date on Superintendent Evaluation to June 22, 2009 and accept outline as the review procedure, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS:
* None 

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* Resident commented to the board that he was served a violation and just doesn’t have money to fix up his home that has violations.
* Resident stated he just moved here and his heart goes out to the gentleman that is speaking that he can’t afford to fix violations on his home.
* A resident stated that the board needs to get working on the Anniversary of 1911 fire.
