Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Yvette Ramsdell, Mary Jo Samotis and Kevin Beliveau 

ABSENT: 
None

STAFF PRESENT:
Superintendent, Mark Ritter

MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Baldwin to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Mitchell. All in favor. Motion carried. 

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* None

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Barnes to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 05/19/09-06/01/09 and regular minutes dated May 18, 2009, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

* Accounts Payable
C. Superintendent, Mark Ritter
* Invoice came in from Don’s Plumbing & Heating; I was unable to confirm with staff that invoice matches the charges. Could the Board approve payment contingent upon verification of the billed charges? Motion by Samotis to approve payment of invoice 5/18/2009-5/29/2009 for the amount of $4,392.00 upon verification of billed charges, seconded by Barnes. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
* Discuss need for Personnel Committee (or other group) to begin considering options for Sept. 1st replacement of township assessor. The consensus of the Board is to create 2 personnel Committees one consist of , Kevin, Paul and Jan to work on the assessor’s vacancy, and the other will be Paul, Alanda and Jan to work on Superintendent contract
* Discuss policy need for bill paying approving in the event of a cancelled board meeting. Mark will bring back at later date.
* Dolores Svoboda would like to inquire on the price of having the Public Tax & Assessing information on our web site.

* Thanks to Don Brannon for being so patient and understanding and guiding Mary Jo and I in the right direction for training and helping us become better at our jobs.
