Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Mitchell to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Samotis. All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Barnes to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 04/06/09-04/20/09 and regular minutes dated April 06, 2009, seconded by Ramsdell. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Presentation by Community Partners representatives to discuss upcoming downtown clean-up May 05, 2009 at 8:30 a.m.
B. Consider request by AuSable/Oscoda Chamber of Commerce to obtain a campfire permit for Shoreline Park beach to augment the June 13-14 Huron Shores Mind and Body Festival. Mark Ritter  will get more information from the chamber.

BOARD COMMENTS:
* Mary Jo Samotis, Lynn Mitchell, Alanda Barnes and Cal Taylor attended Previous Clerk Della Schweickert funeral service on behalf of the Township.
* The Auditors are here all week.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* The Township should be cautious of allowing bonfires on the beach.

Motion by Mitchell to adjourn, seconded by Mayville. All in favor! Motion carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
