CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 02/18/09-03/02/09, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

* Update on Develop Iosco Economic Development meeting. Update on US 23 Heritage Route

PUBLIC HEARING:

OLD BUSINESS: (*= nothing new to report)
A. Consider resolution of support for amended National Scenic Byways grant application by US Forest Service- Table until March 16, 2009 meeting

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider Develop Iosco annual Dues- Motion by Mayville to pay 2009 tuition of $200.00 for Develop Iosco, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Discuss road commission request for township road projects- Will bring back to a later meeting.
C. Discuss AuSable / Oscoda Chamber of Commerce road closure request- Consensus of the Board is that we do approve the July 4th and the December 05, 2009 parades.
D. Consider Superintendent request for Wind Energy Siting and Policy Issues workshop tuition- Motion by Mitchell to approve mileage and tuition of any board member that wants to attend with Mark

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* Need to contact Bart Stupak, Debbie Stabenow, and Carl Levin’s office regarding dredging of the AuSable River.
* Another resident agreed we do need to get them to be precise of where on the AuSable River Dredging will take place.
