Motion by Samotis to add item C. review request for proposal on water meter. Fleis & Vanderbrink to old business to approve the agenda. Regular Minutes of January 05, 2009, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve the consent agenda bills dated 01/20/09-02/02/09, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

B. Recycling Update- information in the meeting packet.
C. Review request for proposal on water meter project- Motion by Baldwin to accept bid from  Fleis & Vanderbrink Engineering, Inc. for $1,100.00, seconded by Mayville. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

A. Donation request by Carl Ridgeway for cross country skiing trail grooming snowmobile- Tabled until next meeting.
B. Set next meeting date- Motion by Baldwin to set next meeting date to Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., seconded by Samotis. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Consider Planning Commission by-Laws- Motion by Barnes to approve the Panning Commission By-Laws, seconded by Samotis. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
