Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Yvette Ramsdell, Mary Jo Samotis and Kevin Beliveau

AGENDA:
Motion by Mitchell to approve the agenda removing item B.  Regular Minutes of December 15, 2008, for corrections will be  resubmitted at the next meeting, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Barnes to approve the consent agenda bills dated 12/16/08-01/05/08, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Establish attendance  for the Iosco Township Association meeting being held on January 15, 2009 at 6:30p.m.
Motion by Baldwin to approve mileage for one person to drive and meals for all three attending  Mark Ritter, Alanda Barnes and Yvette Ramsdell, seconded by Ramsdell. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Consider resolution and permit for M-DOT Annual Permit. Motion by Mayville to approve Resolution 2009-01 permit for MDOT Annual Permit, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Consider approval of new mileage reimbursement. Motion by Baldwin to approve the new IRS Rate of .55 cents per mile, seconded by Samotis. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried. 
D. Establish next meeting date due to holiday (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day) Motion by Baldwin to change meeting to the following Tuesday, January 20, 2009, seconded by Mitchell. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
