Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor, Dan Hayes

Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Mary Jo Samotis and Dan Hayes

MEETING AGENDA:
Motion by Mitchell to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS:

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Mitchell to remove item B (approval of October 20, 2008 Special meeting minutes for further verification) Approval of bills dated 10/21/08-11/03/08 seconded by Beliveau. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider resolution to amend 2008 General Operations Budget- Motion by Mitchell to approve Resolution 2008-22, seconded by Samotis. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Discuss sidewalk maintenance for winter conditions
C. Discuss Planning commission work on zoning ordinance and associated costs.
* Motion by Beliveau was made not to expend township resources to inspect all Properties of AuSable Huron Condo Campground, seconded by Mayville. Roll call. All in favor. 
* Motion by Beliveau to communicate to the Zoning Board of Appeals that the township board is requesting that they clarify if the AuSable Huron Condo Campground is a Use by Right in the C-3 District or a Non–Conforming use as designated in the 1993 Resolution, seconded by Barnes. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS: 
* Paul Mayville commented while attending a rotary meeting someone commented that Supervisor Superintendent, Mark Ritter is doing a great job.
* Supervisor, Dan Hayes stated no matter what happens at the election he has enjoyed his position.

Motion by Baldwin to adjourn, seconded by Mitchell. All in favor! Motion carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
