Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Trustee Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Paul Mayville, Mary Jo Samotis.

ABSENT: 
Lynn Mitchell and Dan Hayes

STAFF PRESENT:
Superintendent, Mark Ritter

AGENDA:
Motion by Beliveau to amend the agenda to table item #8 until the next meeting and approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve minutes from September 09, 2008 Special Meeting and September 15, 2008 Regular Meeting, reports, bills dated 09/16/08-10/06/08 and approve Travel and Education Request  for Cal Taylor to attend 2008 Fall Regional Meeting, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT: 
Cory Gildersleeve and Peg Ridgway spoke on behalf of the AuSable Valley Audubon.
They expressed deep appreciation for the new bird viewing platform at Shoreline Park.
