Motion by Barnes to approve  the meeting agenda, seconded by Baldwin. All in favor. Motion carried.

Motion by Barnes to approve minutes from July 21, 2008, minutes, reports and bills dated 07/22/08-08/02/08, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

* Fire rescue truck presentation from Fire Chief Macgregor, Motion by Beliveau to support the purchase of the Rescue truck presented, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

B. Consider Shoreline Park viewing deck bid. Motion by Beliveau to approve viewing deck bid to Butterson, LLC for $4,675.00, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote, All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED:
C. Discuss Finishline Park and Lake Street projects cost breakdowns if received, Mark to contact Spicer’s on the status of both projects.
D. Discuss Ordinance Enforcement Officer Ron Phillips’ estimate of additional hours needed to carry through 2008, Motion by Beliveau to approve an additional 300 hours for zoning enforcement for the remainder of 2008, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS:
* Trustee Kevin Beliveau congratulated Cal Taylor DPW Manager for the nice article in the monthly MTA magazine on his award.
