Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m. by Supervisor Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Matthew Gary, Lynn Mitchell, Mary Jo Samotis, and Yvette Ramsdell   

ABSENT: 
None

Superintendent, Mark Ritter

MEETING AGENDA: A motion was made by Lynn Mitchell to approve the meeting agenda as stated, seconded by Alanda Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried. 

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* None

CONSENT AGENDA- A motion was made by Yvette Ramsdell to approve the consent agenda seconded by Jan Baldwin. Roll call, All in favor. Motion carried.

PRESENTATIONS:
A. Treasurer- Nothing
B. Clerk- Revenue/Expenditure Report, Balance Sheet Report
C. Superintendent- Nothing

PUBLIC HEARING: None
 
OLD BUSINESS:
A. Street light turn off  list- discussion only
B. Discuss attorney opinion of sewer pump station situation-discussion only

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consideration of advertising with Iosco County Firefighters Association- motion by Samotis to approve ½ page ad for the amount of $250.00, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Discuss possible DPW Board meeting to assess utility needs- discussion only
C. Discuss public suggestion of flying a Canadian flag below the American flag at Finishline Park as a gesture of welcome to our Canadian visitors- discussion only

BOARD COMMENTS: 
* Trustee, Matt Gary stated that the finance committee meeting went very well
* Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau stated that Cal and his crew did a great job at Shoreline beach looks great!
* Clerk Lynn Mitchell stated that the Old Train Depot looks great.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
* A resident brought in some newspaper articles of interest.

Motion by Mary Jo Samotis to adjourn, seconded by Lynn Mitchell. All in favor. Motion carried.  Meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
