Special Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. By Supervisor, Dan Hayes

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Mary Jo Samotis, Dan Hayes

ABSENT:
None

STAFF PRESENT:
DPW Manager, Cal Taylor

OTHERS PRESENT:
AuSable Township Residents

PUBLIC COMMENT:
None

The Personnel Committee stated that on Tuesday, June 04, 2008 they did receive another resume and it was given to the 
board tonight.

A brief presentation was given by Paul Mayfield from the personnel committee on how they would like to move forward 
with the process tonight, and that each candidate would be given equal time for interviewing process.

AGENDA:
*	Review of Superintendent Candidates Applications
*	Board Interview with Candidates
1.	Grady Holmes Jr.
2.	Mark L. Ritter
3.	Ronald R. Gaskell
Discussion ensued Beliveau motioned to offer Mark Ritter under terms all inclusive that were awarded to Sandra Wilson 
and to leave it to the personnel committee to negotiate salary within the range of $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year, 
seconded by Baldwin. Roll call: Nea- Mitchell, Yea- Samotis, Yea- Baldwin, Yea- Barnes, Yea- Beliveau, Yea- Mayville, 
Nea- Hayes

PUBLIC COMMENT: 
*	Why were there no women that were interviewed
*	Are you going to invite Mark Ritter to the next meeting

ADJOURN:
Motion by Beliveau to adjourn, seconded by Samotis. Roll call: All in favor. Motion carried.
