AGENDA:
Motion by Beliveau to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve reports and bills dated 05/20/08-06/02/08 and the minutes dated 05/19/08, seconded by Mayville. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

PRESENTATIONS:
A. Spicer Non- Motorized Bike Trail Study- Jan Baldwin 
1) Next meeting June 12, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. at Whitney Township Hall
2) DPW Manager, Cal Taylor nominated by Previous Superintendent, Sandra Wilson for the Governor John B. Swainson Award. The award will be Presented June 4, 2008, at the Rotunda of the State Capital.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Superintendent Vacancy- Superintendent Candidate number 10 and 12 will move up to the interview process.
B. Tawas Chamber of Commerce- Discussion only
C. Personnel Committee Meeting Review- Motion by Mayville due to increased duties performed by Ron Phillips, Ordinance Enforcement, would like to increase wage from $9.57 to $10.50 and an increase of approximately 20 hours per week until a Superintendent is hired and the board can review at that time, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
D. Ordinance Enforcement Strategies- Motion by Beliveau to approve increase to approve Registration fee of $70.00 and Mileage approximately  206 miles for Ron Phillips to attend July 17, 2008, class in Gaylord, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
E. Spring Regional Meeting- Motion made by  Baldwin to approve Cal Taylor’s Mileage for Spring Regional Meeting 4/16/08 for $121.20
