MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Barnes to approve the meeting agenda with the addition of C. Downtown Beatification Flower Contribution and D. Don’s plumbing and heating invoice dated 5/16/2009, seconded by Samotis. All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 05/05/09-05/18/09 and regular minutes dated May 04, 2009, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS:
1. Discuss summer dust control plan- Motion by Mayville to approve 2009 Dust Control Plan in the amount of $1420.00 from the general funds repair and maintenance, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider resolution of support for county bridge repair projects- Motion by Ramsdell to approve Resolution to support Mill Street Bridge Project and number accordingly( 2009-05), seconded by Mitchell. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried. 
B. Consider Way finding Sign Design- Motion by Samotis to support the Way finding Design for the signs, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried
C. Downtown Beautification Flower Purchase- Motion by Mayville to approve $200.00 contribution towards flowers for downtown, seconded by Mitchell. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
D. Don’s Plumbing and Heating Invoice- Motion by Samotis, seconded by Barnes to approve paying Don’s invoice through May 16, 2009 for $2,364.00. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
