MEETING AGENDA: Motion by Samotis to add to the Meeting Agenda Personnel Committee Meeting dated March 31, 2009 in the Consent Agenda under Receive and File. All in favor.

Motion by Mitchell to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 03/17/09-04/06/09, seconded by Ramsdell. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

A. Consider resolution of support for Safe Pathways for Children grant- Motion by Mayville to approve resolution 2009-5 support Safe Pathways for Children grant, seconded by Barnes. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider advertisement for Oscoda-AuSable Chamber of Commerce Community Profile and membership directory Motion by Mitchell to approve 1,675.00 for a full page ad with Harbor House Directories, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Consider approval for Cal Taylor, DPW Manager to attend Michigan Section of American Water Works Association Spring Regional Meeting. Motion by Samotis, seconded by Mitchell to approve tuition, meals and mileage for Cal to attend, Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

* Paul Mayville stated that Travis Sanitation is now recycling.
