Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor, Kevin Beliveau

AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve the meeting agenda contingent upon moving the Thank-You letter to Cal and Pat to Board Comments, seconded by Ramsdell.  All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Samotis to approve the consent agenda, bills dated 02/03/09-02/17/09, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

A. Update on BS&A software- Motion by Samotis to approve the purchase of BS&A Software upgrade including Taxes, Assessing and Special Assessment on a 2 year delayed payment, seconded by Mayville. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Donation request by Carl Ridgeway for cross country skiing trail grooming snowmobile- Motion by Mayville to approve $1,000.00 donation pending auditor and budget approval, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. Yea’s- Barnes, Ramsdell, Mayville, Samotis and Beliveau. Nea’s- Mitchell and Baldwin. Motion carried.
B. Consider resolution of support for Forest Service grant application for scenic Byway Trail- Motion by Ramsdell to approve Resolution 2009-3 Support for Forest Service Trail, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Consider “Red Flag” policy regarding identity theft- Revisit 3/16/09
D. Consider request by Iosco County Firefighters Association to place ad in the Fire Fighters Safety Handbook- Motion by Beliveau to approve a ½ page ad for $250.00 pending auditor approval, seconded by Samotis. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
* Resident stated that Cal Taylor is a great asset to this township
