Motion by Samotis to approve meeting agenda with the addition under Presentation letter D. Personnel Committee- Employee Handbook, seconded by Barnes. All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve minutes, reports, and bills dated 01/23/08-02/04/08 and the minutes dated 01/22/08, seconded by Barnes. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

Dan Hayes announced he maybe gone the whole month of March 2008.
Dan would like to see surrounding communities stagger July 04, 2008 fireworks
