Regular Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. By Supervisor, Dan Hayes

a. September Monthly Report- Informational Only
b. September 2007 Budget Transfer- Motion by Beliveau to approve September 2007 Budget Transfers as presented, seconded by Mayville. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Safe Routes To Schools National Conference- Request from Christine Beardsley, Oscoda School Superintendent- Motion by Mayville to cover 50% of motel, meals and up to $100.00 for mileage for Jolene Senn volunteer co- project coordinator to attend Safe Routes to Schools first national conference in Dearborn, Michigan. November 5th and 6th 2007 for a total of $183.50, seconded by Beliveau. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
D. 100 AMP Electric Service for Shoreline Park- Discussion only.
E. Workshops
a. MTA Introduction to Township Laws- Request from Sandra Wilson- Motion by Baldwin to approve mileage and registration to MTA Introduction to Law sending Sandra and one other person, seconded by Mayville. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.
b. Non- Motorized Trails System Summit- Request from Sandra Wilson- Motion made by Baldwin to approve mileage for one person to drive, seconded by Mayville. Roll call vote. All in favor. Motion carried.

BOARD COMMENT: Paul Mayville is having a hard time attending Develop Iosco Meetings held once a month on Friday from 8:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. anyone interested in attending also it would help out. Mary Jo and Dan Hayes also interested.
