Motion by Barnes to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Reeder. Roll call: All in favor. Motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve the consent agenda, consisting of the reports, bill payment 05/22/07-06/04/07 and the minutes dated 05/21/2007- Regular Meeting, seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All in favor. Motion carried.

Budget Amendment for Oscoda-AuSable Senior Center Building Authority- Motion by Baldwin to create in the General Fund income line item 404 Building Authority Millage Tax: $16,163.00 and to create an expenditure cost center and line item 672999 Building Authority of $16,163.00, seconded by  Reeder. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
G. Parks & Recreation Committee Member- Hold until next meeting. 
H. 2007 Marketing Budget for Parades and Red/White/Blue Festival Budget Amendment- Motion by Mitchell to transfer $590.00 from the General Fund “Fund Balance” to Economic Development  856880 to cover expense for Parades and Red/white/Blue Festival, seconded by Mayville. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Grand Marshall Selection for the Fourth of July Parade- Motion by Baldwin to nominate Cal Taylor to be Grand Marshall in the Fourth of July Parade, seconded by Barnes. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
B. Search for New Treasurer Procedure- Motion by Mitchell to advertise Treasurer Vacancy in Oscoda Press and Northeastern Shopper with resume to be turned into Township Hall by June 27, 2007 seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. Outdoor and Open Burning Ordinance- To be discussed at next meeting.
D. Motion to go into Closed Session to Discuss a Real Estate Purchase Pursuant to MCL 15.268(d) for Sawyer Canoe Property Auction- Motion by Reeder to go into Closed Session at 8:27p.m, seconded by Barnes. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
E. Motion to go Into Open Session- 8:56 p.m. motion by Mayville to go back into Open Session, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
F. Correspondence- None

* Farmers Market is good idea but will take time to develop.
* The Township should advertise Treasurer vacancy in the Northeastern Shopper.
