Regular Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. By Supervisor, Dan Hayes

Motion by Reeder to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Mayville. Roll call: All in favor. Motion carried.

Motion by Baldwin to approve the consent agenda, consisting of the reports, bill payment 04/17/07-05/07/07 and the minutes dated 04/16/2007- Regular Meeting, seconded by Mitchell. Roll call: All in favor. Motion carried.

2) River Road Project, - Motion by Mitchell to approve release of the restricted funds in Special Assessment # 3 in the amount of $19,749.88 to be used for the River Road Project, seconded by Mayville. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.

2) May 08, 2007, School Election, Polls are open from 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.

B. MTA 2007 District Meeting- Request from Treasurer and Clerk- Motion by Beliveau to approve sending Treasurer and Clerk to 2007 MTA District Meeting in Houghton Lake with registration, meals and mileage to be covered by township, seconded by Mitchell. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
C. 2007 Budget – 
1) Budget Amendments- Informational
2) First Quarter Budget Report-Informational
3) First Quarter Transfer- Motion by Reeder to transfer $105.00 from the 2007 unallocated budget funds to the Assessors postage code #209730, seconded by Beliveau. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
4) General Fund “Fund Balance Account”-Informational
D. Budget Amendments
1) 2007 Water Fund for Online Banking-Motion by Reeder to transfer $600.00 to bank charges from Water Savings Account to cover monthly fee of $50.00, seconded by Barnes. Yea’s- Reeder, Barnes, Beliveau, Mayville, Mitchell and Hayes. Nea’s- Baldwin. Motion carried.
2) 2007 IT Services- Motion by Mayville to move funds from Capital Outlay to General Fund 100810 for $893.00, Water Fund 294811 for $798.00, Sewer Fund 294811 for $209.00, seconded by Beliveau. Roll call. All in favor. Motion carried.
E. Sawyer Canoe- Discussion.
F. 2007 Fee Schedule- Discussion only for corrections. Bring back to next meeting.

* A resident stated they were very disappointed on how their zoning violation was handled, and wanted the Township Board to be aware of it.
