Regular Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. By Supervisor, Dan Hayes

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Judy Reeder, Dan Hayes

AGENDA:
Motion by Baldwin to approve the Meeting Agenda, seconded by Mitchell. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
Opened at 7:02 p.m – 7:05 p.m.
?	A resident stated it's a sad state of affairs that AuSable Township has to meet tonight and it all has 
to do with lack of leadership coming from the Supervisor, Dan Hayes.

JUDY REEDER, TREASURER, DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE – Discussion 

ROBERT EPPERT, ATTORNEY, COMMENTS-None

BOARD DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON TREASURER DUTIES AND PERFORMANCE- Motion by 
Beliveau to approve training for Clerk and Treasurer, provided by Stephenson and Gracik not to exceed 
$2,000.00, seconded by Mayville. Roll call. All yes. Motion carried.
