Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m. Supervisor, Dan Hayes

AGENDA:
Motion by Barnes to approve the Meeting Agenda, seconded by Mitchell. Yea's-Barnes, Mitchell. Nea's-. 
Beliveau, Mayville, Baldwin, Hayes. Motion defeated.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
None 

6:15 p.m. Motion by Beliveau to go into closed session to discuss  "confidential written legal opinion that is 
subject to attorney-client privilege", seconded by Baldwin. Roll call. All yes. Motion carried

7:40 p.m. Motion by Baldwin to close Closed Session and re-open Open Session, seconded by Mitchell. Roll 
call. All yes. Motion carried.

Motion by Baldwin to schedule a Special meeting for Tuesday February 6, 2007,  at 7:00 p.m. To review the 
Treasurer's duties and performance of office, seconded by Beliveau. Roll call. All yes. Motion carried
