Special Meeting 
January 22, 2007

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. By Pro-Tem, Kevin Beliveau

PRESENT:
Jan Baldwin, Alanda Barnes, Kevin Beliveau, Paul Mayville, Lynn Mitchell, Judy Reeder

ABSENT:
Supervisor, Dan Hayes

STAFF PRESENT:
Superintendent, Sandra Wilson

PRESS COVERAGE:

OTHERS PRESENT:
One Township Resident

Pledge of Allegiance recited.

AGENDA:
Motion by Barnes to approve the Meeting Agenda, seconded by Reeder. All yes. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
None 

IT BIDS:
Discussion ensued regarding the 3 IT Bids that were returned to AuSable Township. Motion by Mayville to 
approve the IT BID submitted by Jim Wilson not to exceed $6,000.00, seconded by Barnes. Roll call.  All 
yes. Motion carried.

SUPERINTENDENT'S EVALUATION FORM: Discussion, Personnel committee to work on this and will 
bring it back at a later date.

SUPERINTENDENT'S 2007 GOALS & OBJECTIVES: Discussion, Sandra to compile a list of Zoning 
activities for the Board and to add this item to a Regular Meeting agenda. Sandra also stated that she would 
like to give credit to Ron Phillips- Ordinance Enforcement Officer for all his help in the Zoning Department 
and to Jackie Deyarmond- Administrative Assistant for all her computer help.

Opened at 8:17 p.m. and Closed at 8:21 p.m.
?	If duties are delegated away from Superintendent Wilson  responsibilities were will the funds come 
from to pay the person doing those duties.
