Motion by Barnes to approve Meeting Agenda, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call: All yes. Motion 
carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Mitchell to approve the Consent Agenda, approving minutes of 06/05/06, accepting 
reports and payment of bills dated 06/07/06-06/20/06, seconded by Reeder. Roll call: All yes. 
Motion carried.

PRESENTATIONS:
A.	Treasurer- Profit and loss statements for all funds included reports.
B.	Clerk
1)	Auto mark/ Handicap election equipment- Travel and Training- June13, 2006, in 
Luzerne, MI.
2)	Auto mark- Acceptance testing and machine pick-up.
3)	Auto mark- June 30, 2006, Iosco County & State Training in East Tawas
4)	July 2006 Iosco County will be holding "Precinct Inspector Training" 
5)	Reminder that tomorrow June 20, 2006, I will be at clerking 101 seminar.
6)	Great job to Ron Phillips and Sandra Wilson- AuSable Township is looking better
7)	Deb Hearn has resigned as Deputy Clerk, I have offered position to Bobbi Kopko and 
she has accepted.

A.	2006 Fourth of July Parade Grand Marshall Nominations- Motion by Mitchell to Nominate 
Dr. Cargo as Grand Marshall, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried
B.	Health Insurance August 2006 Increase- Motion by Reeder to approve the BC/BS Health 
Insurance increase this year, seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried
C.	Shoreline Park DEQ Wetland Assessment- Motion by Baldwin to survey wetland at 
Shoreline Park with funds to come from the Fund Balance, seconded by Mayville. Roll 
call: All yes. Motion carried.
D.	Integrated Township Financial Software Investigation- Discussion to move forward with 
the investigation.
E.	Township Five Year Vision 2006-2010- 2006-2010 Inventory Replacement Plan and 
Projects and small Town Success Strategy- Motion by Reeder to approve Paul Mayville 
to start a committee with Oscoda Schools, Oscoda Township and AuSable Township, 
seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried. 5 Year plan to be added to agenda 
for next meeting.
F.	Correspondence

BOARD COMMENTS:
Trustee Kevin Beliveau made a Motion to take funds from the Fund Balance for consulting for the 
amount of $2,500.00. For the help from Bobbi Kopko.

Opened at 8:30 p.m. and closed at 8:55 p.m.
?	Clerk Lynn Mitchell is doing a great job.
?	Land plan questions
?	Would the Township look into maybe promoting our area more
?	AuSable isn't the only one suffering with losing there youth it is the whole state 
struggling
?	The township should have someone more professional look into the new 
software, someone with computer knowledge
?	Explain why we are creating position for consulting
?	Explain the purpose of why AuSable needs a Vision
?	Praise to Paul Mayville he is doing a commendable job on trying to pull things 
together
