Superintendent Number1) spelling correction to the word polls to poles. And to page 3 Letter K –2) should read Motion by Beliveau to approve the Resolution to approve the Preliminary Stage 1 PUD 2006-2, seconded by Reeder. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: A. Attorney Hourly Rate Increase- Increase from $140.00 to $150.00 per hour, effective June 1, 2006. Look into going rate of other municipality's attorney rates. B. Managing Emotions and Thriving Under Pressure Workshop- Motion by Beliveau to approve registration, mileage and reasonable amount for meals, seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried. C. Assessor Position- Motion by Baldwin for the personnel Committee to negotiate contract with Bob Boschma, seconded by Reeder. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried. D. ORV Ordinance- Motion by Beliveau to allow ORV Committeee to move forward, seconded by Mitchell. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried. E. AuSable River Canoe Marathon- Motion by Baldwin to approve $450.00 for full page advertisement for the Canoe Marathon, seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried. F.
