AGENDA:
Motion by Beliveau to approve Meeting Agenda, adding letter of support to Oscoda regarding the 
expansion of the boardwalk under New Business letter D, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call: All yes. 
Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

CONSENT AGENDA:
Reeder made the motion to approve the Consent Agenda approving minutes 03/06/06 accepting 
reports and payment of bills dated March 8-21, 2006, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call: All yes. 
Motion carried

PRESENTATIONS:
A.	Treasurer – Nothing new to report
B.	Clerk – Nothing new to report
C.	Superintendent 
1)	Public Safety and Cost Recovery Instances Input from Board – Sandra to get 
more information and look into further.
2)	Brooks Auto Parts Metal Trailer – will now be providing metal trailer for dump 
days at no charge.  The board agreed their trailer would need to be picked up 
on Monday, after dump weekend.
3)	HURSA Master Meter Evaluation – Informational only! Sandra drafted letter 
to HURSA.
4)	McQuaig Park Direction – Lengthy discussion ensued.  No decision made at 
this point
5)	Planned Unit Development Applications – Discussion only.
6)	2006-2010 Community Recreation Plan – Approved copy to all Board

County Roadwork as presented, seconded by Barnes.  Roll call: All yes. Motion

B.	Clerk Training – Request from Clerk.  Motion by Reeder to approve sending clerk to 
the clerk's institute training April 3-6, 2006.  Approving registration, lodging and 
mileage, seconded by Barnes.  Roll call: All yes.  Motion carried.
C.	Correspondence
1)	 Earth Tech March 10, 2006
D.	Letter of Support to Oscoda Township – Motion by Reeder to send letter of support to 
Oscoda, supporting expanding the boardwalk, seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All yes. 
Motion carried
