AGENDA:
Motion by Reeder to approve Meeting Agenda, seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All yes. Motion 
carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
Opened at 7:02 p.m. and closed at 7:17 p.m.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Correction to Public Notice Level 2 Assessor omit top portion stating Pay and Work in Time, Also 
correction to February 21, 2006 minutes under unfinished business letter D. Should read 
Planning Commission Appointment for Vacancy Superintendent,   Supervisor entertained a 
motion again to place Bob Hill in that vacancy. Motion Died. No motion offered, with those 
corrections made.  Beliveau made the motion to approve the Consent Agenda including minutes 
02/21/06, reports and payment of bills, seconded by Baldwin. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried.

A.	Personnel Committee- Motion by Reeder to approve advertisement for vacancy of 
Assessor locally March 15, 2006 and March 29, 2006. Will be advertised with MTA and 
Michigan Assessor Association. Application will be accepted till position is filled, 
seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried.
