Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor, Dan Hayes.

AGENDA:
Motion by Gary to approve the Meeting Agenda, seconded by Barnes. Roll call: All yes. Motion 
carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT:
Opened at 7:07 p.m. and closed at 7:22 p.m.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Reeder to approve the Consent Agenda consisting of minutes, reports and bills, 
seconded by Mitchell. Roll call: All yes. Motion carried.

PRESENTATIONS:
A. 	Treasurer- nothing to report
B.	Clerk- Board members please return your Pension Beneficiary forms to me.
C.	Superintendent-
1.	Next Monday September 12, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. is our first budget meeting.
2.	Monday September 19, 2005 at our Regular Board Meeting is our Truth in 
Taxation Hearing.
3.	Cal and Sandra are requesting to seal coat the parking lot at the Township Hall. 
Cal to get 3 quotes and to be brought back to the Board at the next meeting.

Clerk to collect "IDC" Meeting minutes and Joint meeting minutes with Oscoda. Mike 
Poland to contact Mr. Gary Holley and Kevin Beliveau to contact Mr. Carpenter from 
Economic Development.
C.	Superintendent's Evaluation Process and Form- Discussion only. Example evaluation 
forms included from MTA and Oscoda Township to be reviewed and discussed at the 
next Board meeting.
D.	Correspondence- None
