Regular Meeting
Charter Township of AuSable

Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Barnes, Poland, Beliveau and Gary.

ABSENT:
None.

PRESS COVERAGE:
Holly Nelson.

Pledge of Allegiance recited.

MEETING AGENDA:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Barnes to accept the meeting agenda with the amendment to put the resolution to amend the Supervisor's salary on the agenda.
All in favor, motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Larry Baldwin thanks all board members for their services before going out of office and welcomes all new members coming in.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Barnes to accept the consent agenda and authorize payment of general, water and sewer fund bills.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

ADOPT MINUTES OF 10-25-04 AS AMENDED:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Barnes to change Kay Jacobsen to Kathy Jacobsen and approve  the 10-25-2004 Twp. Minutes as amended.
All in favor, motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS

PARK STREET-PLAT VACATION-EPPERT:
Attorney Eppert was present and explained the Park Street plat vacation to the board. 
Motion by Gary, seconded by Poland that AuSable Township will abide by the Court's ruling on Park Street Plat vacation.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE SUPERVISOR'S SALARY:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Barnes to adopt the resolution that as of November 1, 2004, the salary of the Supervisor, exclusive of assessing duties shall be $2,000.00.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS:
The Supervisor says the Superintendent's contract should be in writing.  He also commented that it doesn't look like we are going to get the sidewalk done this year.
