Special Meeting to Adopt Ordinance 84 (Water Rates). 
Charter Township of AuSable

Meeting called to order at 12:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Kopko, Beliveau, Gary and Barnes.

ABSENT:
Schweickert and Poland

PRESS COVERAGE:

OTHERS PRESENT:
Ron Gaskell.

In the absence of the Clerk the board agreed that the Treasurer would take the minutes. 

WATER RATE ORDINANCE #84:
Lamrock explained that the previous motion to read Ordinance 84 into the record, have it published and have it take effect on December 22, 2003 was possibly insufficient in that the words did not say we were actually adopting Ordinance #84. Beliveau asked if any changes had been made. Lamrock answered that there hadn't been any changes. Lamrock then moved to Adopt Ordinance #84 as it was presented and to have it published again in the Oscoda Press. Barnes seconded the motion. By roll call vote, all present voted yes. The Supervisor declared the motion carried.

Lamrock moved to adjourn, Barnes seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
