Joint Planning Commission and Township Board Meeting
Charter Township of AuSable

Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M.  by Burt Poland.

PRESENT:  (Planning Commission)
Burt Poland, Chris Ropp, Jim Coon, Paul Darner, Kevin Beliveau, Jan Baldwin and Al Mixter.

ABSENT:
None.

PRESENT:  (Township Board)
Ron Lamrock, Della Schweickert, Bobbi Kopko, Mike Poland, and Matt Gary. (Beliveau sits 
On the Planning Commission and the Township Board).

ABSENT:
Alanda Barnes.

Meeting was called to discuss the Master Land Use Plan and offer ideas and changes if necessary.

Topics discussed were the 40 acres for Industrial Park, extending the business district down Harbor Street, extending sewer down Harbor Street to name a few.  Refer to Planning Commission minutes of 11-12-2003 for details.
