Special Meeting
Charter Township of AuSable

Meeting called to order at 12:00 P.M.. (noon) by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Barnes and Gary.

ABSENT:
Beliveau and Poland.

This special meeting was called to adopt a resolution to name officials to sign the contracts
for MDOT to construct a bikeway from Marina Drive to Mill Street.

RESOLUTION:
Motion by Gary, seconded by Barnes to adopt the resolution which authorizes the Supervisor
and Clerk to sign to contracts for MDOT to construct a bikeway from Marina Drive to Mill Street.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

ADJOURN:
Motion by Barnes, seconded by Kopko to adjourn, 12:04 P.M..
