Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Gary, Beliveau, Barnes and Poland.

ABSENT:
None

OTHERS PRESENT:
Zachary Ott, a student from the high school, was present at the meeting.

Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

MEETING AGENDA:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Barnes to accept the meeting agenda as presented.
All in favor, motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
None at this time.

CONSENT AGENDA:
Motion by Gary, seconded by Barnes to approve the 04-07-03 Twp. minutes;  receive the
03-04-03 HSRUA minutes, the 03-20-03 WDC minutes, the police report, water and sewer
report and the zoning report; authorize the payment of the general, water and sewer bills.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

CABLE ATTORNEYS-METRO ACT:
Motion by Gary, seconded by Beliveau to authorize the Supervisor to discuss a joint venture
with other Iosco County Communities on hiring Varnum, Riddering, Schmidt and Howlett
to do our Cable Franchise renewal when such time should approach.
All in favor, motion carried.

CANOE MARATHON PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gary that we purchase a full page ad  for $425.00 in the 
marathon book, with the addition of the web site and also change AuSable Township Hall
to Charter Township of AuSable.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS:
Everyone welcomed Mike Poland to the Board.

Kopko commented on using the right zip code and she also commented that summer taxes 
will be due on July 1st  and she will be enclosing a cover letter.

Lamrock commented on status from DNR about Miller building being moved. He said it's
not impossible.
