Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor Lamrock.

Motion by Gary, seconded by Schweickert to approve the consent agenda as presented.

WATER RATE CHANGE/ORDINANCE:
Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Gaskell to send the drafted rate structure ordinance
No. 82 to Tom Traciak for review.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

Motion by Kopko, seconded by Schweickert to remove the MISCELLANEOUS clause
from the proposed rate structure ordinance No. 82.
Roll call: Gary NO;   Beliveau, Barnes, Gaskell, Kopko, Schweickert and Lamrock YES,
motion carried.

BIKE PATH: 
Supervisor Lamrock said he spoke with John Rapanos and he was agreeable to the grading 
at Manor House so it's down to Quick Mart and K Nine Design. He will update us more
at the next meeting.

CHILDREN'S PARK IMPROVEMENTS *

NEW BUSINESS

BOARD OF REVIEW TRAINING:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gary that three members attend the BOR Training in West Branch
on Monday, Feb. 17th and registration ($155.00), mileage and meals be paid.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS:
Supervisor Lamrock requested a public works committee meeting before next meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: 
Harriet Ellwein expressed her concern on fire safety for the public and the firemen, stating there
is one business in particular in AuSable that is of concern. Letter is on file in clerk's office.
