Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Gaskell, Beliveau and Gary.

ABSENT:
Barnes

Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gary to accept the meeting agenda as presented.
All in favor, motion carried.

Motion by Gary, seconded by Beliveau to approve the consent agenda as presented.

NEW BUSINESS

ASSESSOR EDUCATION:
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gaskell to approve lodging, food, mileage and registration
fee for the assessor to attend the annual class in Gaylord.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

RETURNED PROPERTY-QUIT CLAIM DEED:
This parcel was deeded back to the township from Iosco County. Supervisor Lamrock  will
research this and let us know the reason at a future meeting.

BUDGET WORK SESSION - WATER & SEWER:
Both budgets were discussed in their entirety.
Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gaskell to present the water fund budget at a public hearing
to be held at our next scheduled meeting 10/21/2002.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gary to present the sewer fund budget at a public hearing
to be held at our next scheduled meeting 10/21/2002.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Beliveau to present the general, fire, police and street
light budgets at a public hearing held at our next scheduled meeting 10/21/2002.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.
