Special Meeting
Charter Township of AuSable

Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Beliveau, Gary and Barnes.

ABSENT:
Gaskell

Kathie Logan, Iosco County Housing Director, was also present.

This meeting was called to prioritize a plan on expending the remaining money from the 
NPP Grant.  It was decided that we would spend the money as follows:

1. Installation of sprinkler systems.
2. Construction of a gazebo.
3. Utility updates.
4. Sign, benches, trash cans, sand. 
5. Boat Launch .

NPP LETTER/FINAL EXPENDITURES:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Kopko authorizing Supervisor Lamrock to write a letter
to Kathie Logan in hopes of extending the Neighborhood Preservation Program  deadline
for (1) one year with items 1 through 5 of this plan as part of that letter, and allow up to the
22 sidewalks that we originally planned on removing, to be completed.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

BEAUTIFICATION BID FOR CHILDREN'S PARK:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Barnes to accept the bid from Roger's Nursery for $14,860.89
which includes delivery, planting and spreading mulch.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Kopko, to adjourn, 8:20 P.M.
