Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gaskell to approve the meeting agenda as presented.

COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS OUTLINE
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Kopko to accept the Collaborative Efforts Outline as presented.

STREET LIGHT AMENDMENTS
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Barnes to approve the resolution and have the Clerk and
Supervisor sign the contract for Street lighting Amendments as presented at our last meeting.

HOLIDAY DECORATIONS
Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Gaskell to allow the Supervisor to purchase the holiday
decorations as he sees fit.
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

BOARD COMMENTS
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Barnes to hold a public bearing as part of the grant application
process on the Myles property, in conjunction with our next regular meeting on March 4,2002.
All in favor, motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Larry Baldwin commented on the unaccounted water loss.
