Meeting called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:  
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Beliveau, Gary, Gaskell, and Barnes.

ABSENT:  None.

MEETING AGENDA:
Motion by Gary, seconded by Barnes to approve the meeting agenda.
All in favor, motion carried.

CONSENT AGENDA:

B.	Reports-Police, Water, Sewer, & Zoning-September.
C.	Bills-(General, Water, & Sewer) Addition of $36,035.00 & $291.58 in Water Fund.

Motion by Kopko, seconded by Gary to approve the consent agenda with the amendment to Water Fund.  
Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS

A.  Condemnation Recommendation (201, 203, & 205 Lake St.)  Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Beliveau that in 
      lieu of our current zoning and that on the advice of the condemnation committee, we move forward with the 
      demolition of 201, 203 and 205 Lake Street, parcel #021-L20-004-007-00 because they are an attractive 
      nuisance, harbor vagrants, criminals, varmints and remain a danger and a concern to public health, safety and 
      welfare to citizens of AuSable, and that the cost of demolition be assessed on the taxes.  Roll call, all yes, motion 
      carried.


B.  Springbrook/Badger Meter Interface
      Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Kopko that we authorize Supervisor Lamrock to sign the agreement to 
      purchase the Springbrook/Badger Meter Interface, with an amount not to exceed $2,500.00 as soon as possible.  
      Roll call, all yes, motion carried.
BOARD COMMENTS:

Supervisor Lamrock and the Treasurer to meet with the gentleman about the flag to be installed at Finishline Park, 10/16/01.

Mr. Gary Bartow to meet with parks and rec. committee on Wednesday.
