Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Supervisor Lamrock.

PRESENT:
Lamrock, Schweickert, Kopko, Gary, Beliveau, Gaskell and Barnes.

ABSENT: 
None.

MEETING AGENDA:
Motion by Schweickert, seconded by Gary to approve the meeting agenda as presented.  
All in favor, motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:
None.

CONSENT AGENDA:

Motion by Gaskell, seconded by Schweickert to approve the consent agenda as presented.  Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

A.    WATER RATE CHANGE/ORDINANCE *
B.	HOUSING STANDARDS ORDINANCE  - Universal Property Maintenance code.
        Supervisor Lamrock handed out the Universal Property Maintenance Code booklet and asked everyone to look at it, make notes and changes and we'll bring it back at a later date.
C.	ROAD POLICY *
D.	GRASS ORDINANCE *

F.	INOPERABLE VEHICLE ORDINANCE *

NEW BUSINESS:
A.    CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT:
	Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Schweickert that we publish and post out annual Drinking Water
	Quality Report for AuSable Township.  Roll call, all yes, motion carried.


B.	STEVE MILLER-RIVER ROAD STATES NO. 2:
	Motion by Beliveau, seconded by Barnes to approve the plat of River Road Estates No. 2.  Roll call,
	all yes, motion carried.

C.	ATTORNEY EPPERT RATE CORRESPONDENCE:
Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Kopko to raise Rob Eppert's rates from $110.00 to $115.00 per hour, retroactive to June 1st.  Roll call, all yes, motion carried.

D.	FAMILY ENRICHMENT COALITION-CORRESPONDENCE:
The family Enrichment Coalition is asking our permission to hold a circus event on August 14, 2001, in the Children's Park.  However our ordinance does not allow this.  Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Gary to send this to the planning commission and they can take up the issue again.
	All in favor, motion carried.

E. 	IOSCO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY - CORRESPONDENCE:
	Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Gaskell to allow Iosco Habitat for Humanity to hold a fund raiser 
	and sell "glo necklaces" on the beach at the 4th of July celebration.  But not in the dangerous areas 
	during the fireworks.  All in favor, motion carried.
