STEVE MILLER-RIVER ROAD STATES NO. 2: Motion by Beliveau, seconded by Barnes to approve the plat of River Road Estates No. 2. Roll call, all yes, motion carried. C. ATTORNEY EPPERT RATE CORRESPONDENCE: Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Kopko to raise Rob Eppert's rates from $110.00 to $115.00 per hour, retroactive to June 1st. Roll call, all yes, motion carried. D. FAMILY ENRICHMENT COALITION-CORRESPONDENCE: The family Enrichment Coalition is asking our permission to hold a circus event on August 14, 2001, in the Children's Park. However our ordinance does not allow this. Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Gary to send this to the planning commission and they can take up the issue again. All in favor, motion carried. E. IOSCO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY - CORRESPONDENCE: Motion by Lamrock, seconded by Gaskell to allow Iosco Habitat for Humanity to hold a fund raiser and sell "glo necklaces" on the beach at the 4th of July celebration.
